How will my gift be delivered?
Our gifts are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order (Monday – Friday), orders received over the weekend will be shipped on a Monday, excluding bank holidays. We use Royal Mail First Class which takes up to 2 working days to arrive. If you require a guaranteed delivery date then please order the day before and choose Next Day Delivery as your shipping option.
Next Day Delivery
For next day delivery (UK orders only) orders need to be placed by 12 noon. Deliveries are Monday – Friday only, orders received on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders received over the weekend will be sent on Monday.
How will my gift be packaged?
Here at Gift PA HQ it is very important to us that the unwrapping experience for the recipient is a memorable experience and we pack every order with love, as if you had done it yourself. Our gifts are designed to be sent directly to the recipient. Each gift comes with a gift card with your message printed on it. Oh and you don’t have to worry about prices or anything as we don’t include an invoice with our gifts.
How do I send a personal message with my gift?
You can enter your message as part of the ordering process, we also have a selection of greeting cards that can be added to your order.
Can I send the same gift to multiple addresses?
Yes of course you can, the quickest way to do this is to order the quantity required on the website and then send the names, addresses and messages via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you do Corporate Gifts?
Absolutely, we love working with businesses to create gifts for their staff, teams and clients. Any of our ready to send gifts can be ordered via the website or if you are looking for something different in terms of products, packaging or would like to incorporate your company branding then please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the UK, however, we are looking into adding this as an option so watch this space!
I gave you the wrong address for my order?
Accidents happen, we completely understand that so if you have given us the wrong address then please get in touch as soon as possible via Whats App on 07792 283913 and we will do our best to get things changed before your package is sent. If your order has already been dispatched and we are unable to stop it then a replacement will be sent once the original has been returned to us. Every gift has our return address on the box. The additional postage will be charged to the customer.
My order hasn’t reached the recipient or has arrived damaged, what should I do?
So sorry to hear that, please get in touch with your order number and we will deal with this immediately.
